Autumn Highlights at Warnham Local Nature Reserve
Welcome to my wildlife photography journal! Warnham Local Nature Reserve offered a rewarding visit on 29th November 2025, with plenty of moments to enjoy even on a grey autumn day.
A male Chaffinch and a Goldfinch added some colour, while a Great Spotted Woodpecker put on a brief but striking appearance. I also took some time to slow down and observe the finer details, including the texture and shape of a Hornbeam leaf, and was pleased to spot a Marsh Tit moving quietly through the trees.
There’s always something different to notice at Warnham, even as the seasons shift toward winter.
Thanks for reading, and feel free to explore more wildlife moments from Warnham Local Nature Reserve and beyond.
