A Day at Warnham Local Nature Reserve
I spent a fantastic day at Warnham Local Nature Reserve on the 6th of September 2025, and the activity on the water was incredible! One of the highlights of the day was watching the Great Crested Grebe put on a real show, proudly displaying a freshly caught fish. Its graceful movements and quick dives never fail to impress.
Meanwhile, the Kingfisher was busy with its own fishing adventures, diving expertly into the water to catch its next meal. Watching these birds in action is always a treat and a reminder of why Warnham is one of my favourite spots for wildlife photography and nature observation.
The reserve never disappoints, whether it’s the variety of birds or the peaceful surroundings. It’s the perfect place to witness the beauty of nature up close and capture some memorable moments on camera.
If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy birdwatching or practice wildlife photography, Warnham Local Nature Reserve is a must-visit.
