Autumn Highlights at Warnham Local Nature Reserve

Welcome to my wildlife photography journal! Warnham Local Nature Reserve offered a rewarding visit on 16th November 2025, with plenty of small but captivating moments.

Highlights included a Cormorant passing overhead in flight, a Grey Heron patiently fishing among the reeds, and a Little Grebe disappearing beneath the surface. I also captured a male Tufted Duck in flight and a Wren perched briefly on the reed heads before darting off again.

Moments like these are a great reminder of just how much variety there is to see on a single visit, even on a quiet autumn day.

Thanks for reading, and feel free to explore more wildlife moments from Warnham Local Nature Reserve and beyond.
