Autumn Wildlife at Warnham Local Nature Reserve

Welcome to my wildlife photography journal! Warnham Local Nature Reserve offered a lovely morning on 13th November 2025, full of autumn atmosphere and fantastic wildlife moments.

Highlights included a striking male Bullfinch framed by autumn leaves and a male Common Teal in flight, bringing life and movement around the water. I also captured a Cormorant just as it touched down, a Great Crested Grebe splashing onto the surface, and a Little Grebe tucked away among the reeds.

To round off the session, a Pochard landing gracefully on the water and another resting with its head tucked back created a calm, peaceful end to the morning. It’s always a pleasure spending time at Warnham and seeing such a variety of birds in a single visit.

Thanks for reading, and feel free to explore more wildlife moments from Warnham Local Nature Reserve and beyond.
