Male Mallard in Action at Warnham Local Nature Reserve

Welcome to my wildlife photography journal! Warnham Local Nature Reserve offered another rewarding visit on 13th November 2025, full of brief but memorable moments.

I was lucky enough to catch a male Mallard just as it flapped its wings, sending water droplets flying and showing off its beautiful colours. It’s always these fleeting, unscripted moments that make time spent at the reserve so rewarding — you never quite know what you’ll witness next.

Thanks for reading, and feel free to explore more wildlife moments from Warnham Local Nature Reserve and beyond.
