Wildlife Highlights at Warnham Local Nature Reserve

Welcome to my wildlife photography journal! Warnham Local Nature Reserve never fails to provide fascinating wildlife encounters, and the visit on 25th October 2025 was full of variety and action.

The morning began quietly, with a Blue Tit flitting through the branches, before the calm was broken by a Buzzard being chased by a determined Crow. Over the water, four Common Teal took flight, while a Coot paddled steadily along the surface. A Cormorant soared with wings outstretched, and a juvenile Eurasian Goshawk was spotted high in the sky. Along the banks, Eurasian Wigeon, Great Tit, Greenfinch, and a Mallard Duck went about their day, each displaying their subtle beauty. A curious Nuthatch rounded off the visit, pausing just long enough to capture a perfect moment.

Days like these are a wonderful reminder of the incredible diversity and activity that Warnham Local Nature Reserve has to offer — there is always something new to discover and enjoy.

Thanks for reading! Be sure to explore my other wildlife adventures and photography from Warnham Local Nature Reserve and beyond. Every visit brings something new, and I look forward to sharing more moments soon.
