Black-Headed Gulls in Action at Warnham Local Nature Reserve

Welcome to my wildlife photography journal! Warnham Local Nature Reserve delivered another brilliant morning on 26th October 2025, with plenty of energy and activity over the water.

I spent some time watching the Black-headed Gulls diving dramatically into the lake — fast, precise, and endlessly fascinating to observe. I managed to capture a series of shots that I’m really pleased with, freezing those split-second moments as they hit the water. With the autumn light breaking through, the scene had a real sense of movement and atmosphere.

Moments like these are always a reminder of why I love spending time at Warnham. There’s something special about watching birds work the water, especially when everything comes together so perfectly.

Thanks for reading, and feel free to explore more wildlife moments from Warnham and beyond.
