A Delightful Day at Ifield Millpond

On 25th August 2025, I enjoyed a wonderful visit to Ifield Millpond, a serene spot that never fails to delight wildlife enthusiasts. The pond was full of activity, both on the water and in the skies above, providing plenty of opportunities for photography.

During this visit, I was able to capture some familiar and beautiful birds. Among them were Black-headed Gulls, Egyptian Geese, a Great Crested Grebe, and the ever-elegant Mute Swan. In addition to the waterfowl, I managed to photograph three Greylag Geese, a Mallard, and a Wood Pigeon, all captured gracefully in flight.

Ifield Millpond remains one of those peaceful spots where you can spend hours with a camera, observing and photographing wildlife in a calm and natural setting. Every visit offers something new to see and capture, making it a favourite location for both seasoned photographers and casual nature lovers alike.

Whether you’re looking for dynamic bird action or tranquil waterside scenery, Ifield Millpond is a perfect destination for a few hours of photography and relaxation.
